So my parents have got a guy that keeps staking out the house and following them to work almost every week . They confronted him once and he rolled up the window and sped off.. They have called the cops but they informed them they can't do anything about it because he has done nothing wrong.. Last week he began following them both to work and then a neighbor reported he showed up a few minutes after they left. I'm guessing he is making sure they both go to work before he comes back.. The neighbor came over and asked what he was doing and he said he had the wrong address and got in his truck and left.. I feel it's only a matter of time before he tries something when the neighbor doesn't seem him.. She got us a license plate number and model of truck and possible name off his badge.. Buttttt .. Does any one know any way I can get some more information on him from the license plate?? Any help would be greatly appreciated..


Possible name from badge neighbor reported is David turner .. She said it's a late 90s model Blue single cab Chevy Silverado with the license plate AH85850
