    Absolutely. Hell I'd probably shoot over that and I'm not even a cop. But from the vid, its pretty clear that part was long since over with, and the guy had decided to just cut and run. Which he was able to pull off, but was gunned down.

            Are you sure about that. I can think of all of the times that I have been pulled over for my 3rd brake light being burned out. Oh wait; that has been a total of zero fucking times that I can think off. You may be on to something.

              I was pulled over in my Fox because my license plate light was out. While stopped, the cop proceeded to do a roadside safety inspection on my car. Fucker was trying to find anything he could to write me a ticket. I'm not black.
