      I'm still waiting on Trublu's analysis, or SVO855 to tell us how he would have handled the situation. Hell Gasser64 probably was the guy filming it.

        No real sugar coating this one. If you shoot a un armed guy in the back that's running away you are going to be in trouble. Now had the guy gotten his taser, and he would have shot him the second it happened, it would be a good shoot. But fuck a bunch of dropping it next to his body. Looked like he slapped it out of the cops hand and then ran off.

        CJ makes a solid point though. Guy would have complied he would (most likely) still been alive.

            It's amazing the incidents of cops acting like dickheads now that video cameras are ubiquitous. Things were so much easier before there was a camera on you at all times.

                I think it's a different day and age.. If I were 22 these days I would've already been taken out.. I truly hope things change for my sons sake..

                    Why would you want my input on this? I am not LE. I can tell you that I would not have shot a man in the back that I did not know or whom I did not see commit some horrible crime. To me based on what can be seen in the film the man was killed for no justifiable reason.

                          it's not a matter of "wanting", it's a matter of "knowing" thats how things are.
                          No one ever got shot for only saying "yes sir, no sir", and putting their hands behind their back when they were getting arrested for a warrant/felony.

                          It's amazing what kind of treatment you receive from an office who has just pulled you over when you don't give them attitude or start saying "eye no muh ryghts!"

                          It also helps to not be black.

                            I've been harassed by the cops even when being polite and curteous...cops stereotype and label, or if they just want to be a dick they will. Being an ass kissing bitch doesn't always guarantee papa cop won't screw you over.
