What is it? Chip Repair needed!

I was at the gas station pumping some gas when I noticed a little piece of rust on my rear glass. I started picking at it and it broke off leaving a small crack in the glass.

I have no idea what the hell that could be moving that fast at my rear window but now I need a chip repair guy to fix this before it gets any worse. Anyone have any reputable chip repair guys?
