I just wear a synthetic workout/active style shirt. They last much longer.

I just buy the cheap fruit of the loom black v neck tees. Hold up just fine?

The necks don't stretch (how abusive are you on your shirts?) they Do shrink (cotton) so I buy a bigger than normal size

        Great minds...

My brother and I always said when we hit it big, we'd wear fresh socks every day and donate them

There are few things I like more than crisp, new shirts, socks, and undies. I load up on new ones every 3-4 months, enough to rotate through 2 weeks, and throw my old ones out. Because I fucking can! It would be the first thing I'd miss if I lost my job.

Jockey shrink. I've been wearing Polo undershirts, never had one shrink.

I'd like to find a nice wife beater that wouldn't shrink

Cheapest shit I can get that doesn't fall apart.

One of the analysts the other day, on the phone: "Yea he is the cheapest guy I know..."

              He hangs up

I tell him that I am deeply disappointed that I am not the cheapest guy he knows.

My uniform consists of Carhartt pocket t-shirts. Short or long sleeve depending on the weather.

They hold up and age/patina well. I have some rare colors, etc.

I give away old ones to buddies of mine who are also in the struggle
