  • Mac Churchill Acura- Anyone work there?

Does the board have any friends or contacts on the sales side of Mac Churchill Acura in Fort Worth? Thanks in advance.

Maybe things have changed. This was working on a used TL about 5 years ago. Same sales staff worked new and used. They applied the nastiest "let me talk to my sales manager" crap I've ever encountered and generally gave the impression that they were actively trying to screw you.

This included, but was not limited to: "We just got this one in. You better hurry up and buy it or I will" /salesprick

It was staffed by a bunch of loud hoodrats at the time.

We ended up closing the deal, but it was much more painful and generally yucky than it needed to be.

As usual, you were spot on here Blake. We'll take a trip to Sewell Lexus tomorrow.

Vandergriff Acura is decent, I recommend them over Mac for sure.

Mac Churchill fucked us on a tl we were looking to buy. We called before we left to see that the car we wanted to purchase was still there. Told the sales guy it was a long drive and we wanted to know it was there when we arrived. He assured us it was and that he would hold it. We get there and it was sold.

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

That is a classic bait and switch. Lots of dealers do that.

If you called a dealer to make sure a car was there and threatened violence if it wasn't when you got there, would they be more accurate?

They are the absolute worst dealership I've ever been to. I went alone (as usual. I've had almost 30 cars in my life and have purchased them all on my own) and they treated me like I was an idiot, tried to tell me that I couldn't afford what I wanted (without me filling a single thing out, mind you) and we're just plain rude. I will NEVER recommend them.
