I've lived out here since the 114 project started, and its been pretty well known that those rock haulers are giant pieces of shit driven by idiots who are constantly speeding and weaving in & out of traffic all along 114.

Maybe not this accident, but I do know its a fact that they've been at-fault and killed numerous people in this area over the past few years...and those of us who live out here are pretty damned tired of hearing about it.
