I was trying to hurry and go through her stuff and keep what I could and donate the rest so I didn't have another months rent to pay. Looks like I have all of them to pay.

I've had to get out of a lease before, in both of those cases I moved out and told them they had to offer it up as an available apartment and I paid rent until it was rented . Couple months and they had them rented out .
