I believe that everyone deserves a second chance. HOWEVER, the fucker isn't even off probation yet, so this is a bit premature. And all this "charity work with the kids" is a condition of his fucking probation. So the dumbass in Dallas, gave him a fake ass key to the city, for meeting the terms of his probation. What a fucking dumbass.
