I just got back from Home Depot where I go 95% of the time BUT I will say they carry different brands, my craftsman weed whacker needs new parts and this Home depot only has Ryobi brand and universal parts now.

This. No loyalty at HD. We lost a line item there once that we only produced for HD. It was a metric arbor cup brush for grinder that we didn't offer and ended up getting stuck with 35K pieces. That thing's been on E&O for 5 years.

that shit pisses me off... I can't stand companies who treat smaller businesses like that.

Home Depot is more convenient and always has what I'm looking for. The Flower Mound store still has cashiers. It's not all self-checkout. For the ones that don't, you can still check out at the Pro Rewards/returns desk.
