WV lawmakers OK bill to not require concealed carry permit

Ive been watching theyankeemarshall on youtube. He is doing open carry one day every month for something. Out of the three vids he has on it so far he has went mostly ignored except when he carried a desert eagle. He was suprised to find out how many people actually knew what it was.
