I got a refurb 560 about two months ago from Groupon and it seemed like a good deal at $200. Well, I took it out of the box today and it appears the power supply is bad as it doesn't light up when I plug it in and the unit won't charge. The home base light doesn't come on either, so I do think it's just a bad power supply.

I will say I ran the 560 around for about 20 minutes with the factory charge and it filled up the bin with dog hair, dirt, etc., so I'm pretty happy with the unit itself. It seems to clean pretty well; I just need to get the power supply replaced, I guess.
