You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

He was homeless and it happened before he walked on to the team.. And it was a family friend... That's all I'm saying.. Florida's quarterback stole and he played after a short suspension...

I'll call bullshit with this one. He got help by his family, not some booster. If it's true, how's that different than a parent paying for a dorm at a college?

Actually, go read this article instead.

The NCAA said they did not declare him ineligible. Furthermore, look at what that classless a-hole Art Briles had to say:

"This guy's been through a lot," Baylor coach Art Briles told reporters before practice Wednesday. "He's a tough kid. If we're worried about him, we need to stop. He's a tough guy. He'll make it."

Nice job, Art. That's the guy I'd want my son playing for because he cares so much. To the OP, it's all speculation until we have more facts. As far as him taking money from a family friend, who's to say the family friend isn't Baylor alum? Regardless of alum status, would said friend have given the kid housing money to attend Texas Tech? UT? See the problem here?

I still want to hear the rest of the story though.

Up until now, I assumed the misspelling of 'Keynesian' was intentional.

If his name was Jamal or Tyrone nothing would have been said.
