I'd go with ramen and whole chickens marked down or entire hams. Bulk rice, bulk canned goods and you're good to go. I lived on less than that as a freshman in college because i was working at McD's and Walmart while paying rent, school, books and gas and insurance on my truck.

Someone suggested it but the socialists had 556 different reasons why it couldn't be done, and why it was just a bad idea in the first place. They catch on to things that inhibit redistributing wealth real damn quick. Its like a 6th sense

But it does sound like a good way to infect their programs and make them less popular. Get things like required ID to be shown and required photos and such. Just little things here and there that would add up to severely impeding the program.

EASY. Start with white rice. Cheap by the pound. Second, add checken. Buy whole chickens, cut up for several meals... When I'm in a workout groove, thats pretty much what I eat. Throw in some veggies ( I like corn,peas,and carrots)...4.30 goes a long way

Eggs or perhaps oatmeal are also a couple very cheap staple food groups as well.

I'd really like to see a public database of names and addresses where SNAP and EBT benefits are being distributed. I think it'd really help keep people a little more honest, I mean if your neighbor is rolling in an Escalade and getting welfare at least you'll know for sure they are dirtbags.
