            I'm 6'2 and 215, I fit more comfortably than I do in a regular cab ranger.

                Just pulled this together for anyone that might be curious.

                2015 Mustang v6 ($23800) - 3526lbs \ 300hp = 11.76lbs per HP
                2015 Mustang i4 ($25300) - 3524lbs \ 310HP = 11.37lbs per HP (auto trans is lighter)
                2015 Mustang GT ($32300) - 3705lbs \ 435HP = 8.52lbs per HP

                  Id highly consider a ecoboost stang if they didnt sound like weed wackers, and you could actually buy one for 25K. I read they were pushing mid to high 30s? are options that high on the damn things?

                    I would only consider the EB'stang if it were a convertible. My personal opinion is that the 'vert is for cruising only and power means a lot less..

                      I saw a sticker on one for I want to say it was around $38 or close to $39. Fuck that! Of course, sticker and actual price you pay are 2 different stories.

                          exactly, but they arent going to knock 15 grand off the damn thing to make it affordable... id rather have a gti for 25k and call it a day. lol its as fast or faster too and doesnt sound like a leaf blower.

                            What's a base 15 GT cost?

                            I am curious what you can get a GTI at after rebates.

                            I know you could get base 14 GT's for $27 after rebates which will eventually happen to the new body style (close to). THe EB stang will be even less than the GT. If that's within a few thousand of the GTI after it's rebates then I would say the GT or EB is a better deal.

                            The new GTI is definitely a great performer. What does it do stock? I know you mentioned tuned but any car can be tuned for increase in performance. Just trying to get educated... not trying to insinuate anything.

                              they arent burners for sure, I would bet the ecoboost could beat it in a straight line, but in every other category the GTI and GLI are leaps and bounds better!
