I've seen both and the Hyundai is ugly as fuck. While the Focus ain't much prettier at least it has Mod potential.

And I know this is a Ford site and all, but the 2015 gti with only an apr tune ran a fucken 13.1@110 on stock tires... it makes 291/367 at the wheels!!! No exhaust, no downpipes, just the stage one ecu flash.

It was a toss up when I bought my Miata. I really like the new Ford Focus they are coming out with but ultimately you can't beat the Miata for a fun driver. Plus they last foreva! Slapping on a SC this spring and it should be just right. My buddy bought his daughter a new Hyundia Veloster and it has been in the shop a lot.
