                      Some football player donated a few of them. I see one on my way home sometimes. A female trooper drives the one by me. I imagine the CV is a pr car as the srts are too i believe.

                              Yup. In my experience the "souped up" rides are almost always for PR (dare, etc) seizures, or interdiction/specialty units.
