My German Shepard would bite the fuck out of you, stand your ground, yell command type guys. When I built my pool many years ago the people from Blue Haven decided to ignore the giant writing on the paper work saying "Hostile White German Sheppard in the back yard, please call owner before entering". Big dog door and he jumped a little early the first day and just scarred the utility marker off. She called me and I came and put him up. We had a good laugh. Like a Velociraptor he learned that day. Very next day a guy calls me from the hospital. Yep he got a little further into the yard and Casper came out wide open. Guy yelled stop, and threw his hand out. Casper grabbed him by the hand and was dragging him. He got loose and yelled at Casper again while sprinting for and trying to get over the fence. Casper got him by the foot and was trying to pull him back into the yard. Guy finally got loose and slung into the alley on the concrete. He said I usually can intimidate a dog but that fucker was pure evil. Tried to snap at me once but I about knocked him out. We were good after that! You would think multiple signs and that shit being on the paperwork would give people a clue. I have a English Mastiff now. Not sure if she'd bite but nobody seems to want to try her. Sounds like a damn lion growling.

I have also pepper sprayed a crazy ass pit-bull and it just made it madder. It was circling and jumping to the top of this ladies fence I was looking over. It was trying to get a piece of her dogs. It did finally go away but that fucker got pissed and was almost clearing the fence. I think my buddy came down the alley wide open and laid on the air horn. You need to call animal control back and stay on their ass. If that doesn't work call or email your friendly city manager. That shit will get something done, I almost guarantee it!

          the law specifies motor vehicle.

those are not "specially designed, made, or adapted for the purpose of inflicting serious bodily injury or death by striking a person with the instrument"

Make sure and post a video of her shooting you with it. You know, to make sure it works and all.
I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.

Sex with an Asian woman is great, but 30 minutes later you're horny again.

in the dog class i was required to attend they were showing video of it. works pretty well and they were showing its use on humans too. on humans if you used it at the recommended spacing it stopped every person in their tracks unlike regular spray mace where you can still function. most of the people that buy it are dog catchers but some swat teams have been using it as a means for less lethal force.

My uncle is a lineman, and uses wasp spray. He says it will melt the hair off a dog (I don't know how accurate that is). It would break my heart to do it, but fuck getting bitten.

EDIT: Le interwebs says wasp spray is bullshit. I vote bear mace. There's something to running the situation by the owner first though. Maybe see if the local cops will mediate for you, so there's a record.

yup pepper spray. Dogs are smart enough to know not to mess with you again after that.

                            Like Hell they aren't!

I'd venture to say there are more Aggravated Assault cases filed with improvised weapons than guns.

                                You sir, are an idiot.

Did you not see the caveat "... adapted for the purpose of inflicting serious bodily injury or death by striking a person with the instrument" ?

Can Everyday Items be Considered Deadly Weapons?

In addition, normal, everyday items can be classified as deadly weapons. This all depends on the way that the item is used. For example, if a pair of scissors is used to inflict serious harm on another person, the scissors may then be considered a deadly weapon, even though they weren’t designed for that purpose.

Other examples of everyday items that are often used as deadly weapons may include:
■Sports gear like baseball bats or golf clubs
                                ■Sticks or branches
                                ■Chains or other metal items
■Sharp implements like shaving razors or even pencils
                                ■Items that can be thrown

Some jurisdictions even consider pet such as a dog as a deadly weapon, depending on the circumstances. For example, if the dog has been trained to attack on command, and the owner commands it to do so, the dog might be considered a deadly weapon. Also, in some areas, the hands and feet of a trained martial arts expert (like a black belt) must be registered as deadly weapons.
