He wants to either do both heads with the fix on the plug threads, or just replace the long block all together.

Dont those have just a regular 5.4 2v motor with an eaton strapped to it? I'd buy a low mileage one and swap it in and go if that's the case.

What does he want out of the truck? The stock bottom end on those cannot handle much power.
