and then you get back to the vin tag.. whats it truly worth (option wise)? i have 3 vin tags from a 63, 65, and 66 c10s. i'm waiting on completion of the build to see what happens with the title and if i need to do a tag swap. illegal? maybe but 80% of these trucks are now recycled i dont see any issues with me using anyone of them.

here's the question. the vin tag is on the at the top of the door sill. alot of these trucks rust out in the area above the windshield. so a viable option is to cut the roof off a good truck and replace the rusted out one. now you've swapped vins. whats the legality on it?

i'd pay more for 2 of those grills, the old igloo cooler and the window screen than i would for that car.
