Have a friend who is thinking of selling his 69 Camaro as a Roller. Engine & Trans have been sold already. Car has been sitting there for a few years just collecting rust. All interior is there. Doors open and close really good. Engine compartment and firewall have no rust. Snapped a few quick pics. What do you fellas think it is honestly worth?

$2500 tops, sorry
Yes I'm aware that a '69 Camaro is about as desirable as a car can be, but that one has serious rust issues that are going to scare away most potential buyers. Every body panel is available to fix the car, but anyone that has done rust repair - or paid for rust repair - knows that it's smarter to just wait for a better one. Looks like a good candidate for a Yello Belly car! When the government pays, the government controls.

As others have mentioned, rust is killing that thing. It's likely that pretty much every bit of the interior is shot.
Is the VIN worth anything? How was the car optioned originally? If it started out as a plain Jane 6cyl car, there isn't much value at all.

Ive sold rougher for more then mentioned in this thread however I don't know why anyone would spend more when you add up the cost of fixing all the the can see and cant see rust issues. Unless you honestly get it cheap I would look at drivers, you can find them in the 15k range if are patient and fast on the trigger.

For whatever reason, 1967 is the only year that you can determine what options the car had originally.Imprisoned inside this mind, hiding behind the empty smiles.....
