Got a 08 corolla, need to ask some questions. Buddies wife slammed it in park. Now when it's in park it says it is in reverse. I can manually put it in park at the transmission, but not the shifter. He replaced the shifter control assy, but it's doing the same thing. Would the cable be messed up?

I put it in here because this has more people in it.

Prob just slipped out of adjustment. Easy fix. PM me an email, i will send you adjustment procedure from alldata. Its a pdf so cant just post it.
