I was on a jury trial several years ago for the guy whose family owned that property. We max fined him 10k, I believe, for code violations on that property. He was living in a mobile home on the property while it was up for sale. He tried to make it into a make shift real estate office to avoid some of the codes and also plowed the property to claim it was a farm.
