A Lamborghini has roughly the same " acreage" as a fox body, yet they have a completely different fun factor.

The ski park is right across from lone star park past the grand prairie ford. They have been moving dirt in and out of there for awhile. I didn't know what they were doing until I read about it in the paper a couple of months ago.

Dreamvision is a charlatan. They tried something like this in another state. All they do thus far is sell some self-help book/CD/something or another and are only worth $300K.

But Disneyland is far nicer than Six Flags.
I've never been to Disneyland, I just always heard it was smaller and the rides were lamer than Six Flags.

That whole Dreamvision thing is total horseshit. They said they were going to build a $3 billion theme park and when people asked where that capital would come from, they really had no answer.

Not to mention where there's 5,000 acres "unclaimed" lying around.

There actually are 5,000 acres contiguous near Ft. Worth but I doubt that guy is selling. In any case they could buy up land, it isn't all that inconceivable. Not easy but possible. My statement revolves around the capital, that isn't a small amount of money.

Disney was in negotiations back in the late 80s to buy a 5k acre ranch south of Forney for a park. A friend of mine took a picture of a sign at Disney World that said Coming soon to Forney Texas etc... The sale didn't happen and it quietly went away. The guy that owns the land owns the factory in asia that makes most of the Stanly/Black&Decker tools. I guess he wasn't hurting for money.

Screw Disney whatever, I want a Casino across from Lone Star Park, with some Adult fun.

It makes Six Flags look like the state fair. Seriously, there isn't much there that someone hasn't put thought into. It's quite impressive. It doesn't have the fastest biggest rides that exist, but some of that is now covered by California Adventure (adjoining). But it's definitely an experience.

This was reported in several areas of DFW, hence my sarcasm above.
