Sure, but the man was mentally ill (which is painfully evident in video of the altercation).

The police force has bean-bags, dogs, melee weapons, tasers, and a shit ton of dudes yet they still opted for the lethal option. That was just bad police work right there.
This coming from someone who is not in the FTP crew. Hell, I support most of our local PDs here in the metroplex but I wouldn't do a damn thing for those boys in New Mexico.
