Thanks guys and Thank you Broke again for that compliment I appreciate you noticing! I look back at that guy I used to be 10 plus years ago and dont even know that man anymore. Not sure if its the birth of my daughter and son or creating the Business and going through all the struggles of working out of a Honda Civic with a mower and then working in a beat up 94 GMC truck that I still have actually. My father n law drives it, or it was my wife who never was afraid to tell me when I was fucking up and you guys telling me I was fucking up. But somewhere in all of this and I guess just getting older. I feel like after much struggle and ALOT AND I MEAN ALOT OF FUCKING UP!!!! I think im getting it right

Congrats on the house. I've always heard that it is harder to get qualified for a home loan when you're self employed. You must have done something right in that deal.
