The Scamp and the Challenger both came from out of state (Indiana and Georgia, respectively). The did come from large internet dealers though, so it was a little easier to get in the comfort zone than dealing with an individual. The Scamp turned out way better than described, the Challenger a little less than described. Not terrible, and certainly not deal breaker type stuff, but you do have to ask the right questions. And hope the answers are honest.
