Does a ford (or any american) dealer exist, that provides good service? They need to be more like vandergriff toyota. They seem to at least treat you like the customer is important to them.

Look guys, I live with one of my parents. They just went through a shitty divorce and the setup we have is what is working. I have there different vehicles with different parties also on the loans. We take care of each other and don't fight over money and ridiculous stuff like that.
My mother is the person who picked it up from the dealer, so she doesn't know what to look for.
Y'all are right though, it is our ignorance for going back there again and will not in the future. I'm just posting up an example of a businesses service and why not to go there, advice of my own I'll be taking for now on.
Yale, the truck is absolutely not abused and is taken care of like a baby. It's mainly driven by a 52 year old woman who takes it 4 miles to work everyday, and has been used to drive to Canada like 6-7 times. It has had all of it's maintenance and even extra preventative maintenance done. Ford took 100% fault for it.

If that isn't The Definition of a DFWMustangs baller than I don't know what is.
His FAMILY has spent $500,000 with the dealer over the years. That could be wide ranging from spouses, siblings, kids, parents, cousins, etc

I have never had a so called "great experience" at any dealership. I buy my Ford cars through the internet, I get pre-approved, get my PIN and I find the car I want and go to finance and sign papers. No haggling or fucking with the carsales monkeys at all. I do all of my own minor maintenance and only go to the dealer for warranty work, which I have been lucky on all of my new cars that its only batteries. After a few years, I trade them in before real shit starts breaking.Originally posted by SilverbackLook all you want, she can't find anyone else who treats her as bad as I do, and I keep her self esteem so low, she wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else.

I have bought my wife Nissans over the past 8 years and the number one reason I go back is their service department. Now I have had one or two instances where I had to go speak to the service manager but in general they take care of her. Every now and again you will get that one guy that wants to sell you everything you never needed for your car but it is rare with them. This is also a huge reason I will never buy another Chevrolet again. Fix your shit and don't lie about it! Also don't treat a woman any differently than you would a man. That pisses me off like no other. I think they actually take time to read the surveys they get also. I get one all the time and they know I will usually sit down and write a detailed response. I buy the oil change/extended warranty every time we buy her a car. Not only does it help the resale but I don't have to do anything to her car but keep good tires on it. Hell she had a tire get lopsided on her once on the way to work, drove it by there and they took her to work and picked her up. Now that's service.Whos your Daddy?
