            Stealerships suck. Especially the service Dept. lol at trying to get a oil change quickly at a stealership.

                        I prefer 5 star but all forms of automotive repair is suffering due to lack of people wanting to stay/join the industry. It seems like vehicles become more disposable over repairable as the years go on and the tech increases. Pretty scary IMO.

                          The service dept there sucks ass. I bought a fusion there and about 5 months later found the radio had a valet code out in for the Sirius part, not allow us to scan channels. I never payed any attention to it. I went to activate my service after the 6th month and then tried scanning and still didn't work. I called Sirius and tried several codes to unlock it they said it is dealer issue. I took it in and a tech looked at it called the stereo guy and was told the head unit needs replaced. The fucking service writers says I need to bring it back and leave for a day so they can diagnose it. I said they just did and needs a head unit order the damn thing and I will bring it so you can replace it. They said I have to bring it to diagnose it then bring it another day so they can replace it after they order it. I tell them they need to supply a car then since this was like this when we bought it. they still refuse, the service dept does NOT give 2 shits about any one. All they care about is getting a check and seeing how they can fuck the customer.

                            The ideal car would be one that doesn't need to be serviced, and has a usable life that would last a little longer than the loan used to secure it. Turn it in, and let it be recycled for new shit.
