          If you get a two story just make sure you have an electric attic fan, good insulation, a good HVAC unit and then install some radiant barrier. You'll do fine.

          As for the best time to buy a house, honestly I wouldn't buy shit right now, it is all overpriced and no one knows what will happen once the cheap easy money from the Federal Reserve ends. Of course, if you talk to a realtor or a banker, there is no better time than right now to buy. That is because they get paid to transact. Take their words with a lot of salt.

                I've purchased a couple of good buys recently because of fear of another crash and some sellers with houses that have been on the market for long periods of time wanting out while they can.

                        I have a shop .I sell nothing at my house. I live in a nice area. Just wouldn't want some cheese dick fucking with me over some bullshit
