Next door neighbor continuously blocks mailbox..what can I do?

It sounds like your neighbor has his unemployed friend/relative watching the house. You should get his email address, and let him know his people aren't being good neighbors, in his absence. They are probably trashing the inside, and he's probably still paying the bill.

mid 2000's Dodge Caliber....beat to shit and looks like someone lives in it...hell its even unlocked. I doubt they would notice dirt or scratches.

Typically I'm all about being a nice guy. However, even though USPS is worthless - a lot of things still use them and something could come in - that will cost ya a lot of money if not received.

Without of a picture of the area/scenario - I'd be tempted to move the bitch with a truck chain, then proceed to get more and more dick head about it from there if it continued.

It's good to be nice, but when someone is basically saying "fuck you"...what are your options? Just be careful and not get caught.

Maybe use a blower and blow a bunch of dirt...etc on it too. After all, I guess it is in front of your home - accidents happen. Maybe spray paint your number on your curb, that over spray is a bitch. Pressure wash your curb, with the car in the way it might get some dings. That high pressure takes paint with it too. Sometimes when mowing stones fly and break windows.

Police have been called multiple times...they tell me there is no ordinance. Neighbors haven't been rude...they are just trash and don't care. The neighborhood IS a HOA neighborhood...but the HOA is worthless and does nothing but take our money. The mailboxes are ALL bricked in mailboxes that were prebuilt with all the homes...in front of every house. As for the parties...I have called a few times. They quiet down when the police ask them to....then the very next week its back to the same shit again.

On these cold nights "wash" the car for them. Soak it really good with a hose. The doors will be frozen and it will give then trouble unlocking and opening the doors. I have delt with this situation before. First I talked to them and they told me to get fucked so I did the above and hit them with the hose as they walked to their car and when they started yelling I just flipped them off and asked them how they liked the fuckin.

I went through a similar situation where my neighbor was constantly parking in front of my house and partially blocking my driveway(was a truck and trailer) and I finally had enough of trying to ask him nice not to block my driveway. My actual words were " if you block my driveway again I am going to ram the shit out of your fucking truck and I'm not sure I will be able to stop at once just fyi". It stopped that day.

Are the neighbors assholes when you talked with them about the situation? Call the cops about the late night noise disturbances. Just be a pest in the legal way and they will get the message.
