Chain + pickup = drag that piece of shot down the road til the tires pop.

Confront the car's owner when the go to leave/arrive? Dig through their glove box for name and address/phone number.

Agreed. I have a house on Frey street with a very sheet driveway. I had to park my Mustang on the curb and came out with a ticket one morning. I knew you could only park on one side of Frey but never realized the direction mattered.

                Johnny Dangerously, nice!

I would put it on blocks one night. Not up in the air on blocks, but, tires barely off the ground hard to tell it is on blocks. Shit, use a 4x4 and paint it black. As oblivious as they appear to be they would never know. Get in, put it in gear and wonder WTF.

If you have already raised the issue to authorities, I would stray from anything that would cause damage.

Can you post a sign on the mailbox that says no parking violators will be towed at their own expense?

Call and have it towed is probably the most sensible solution. The other part of me says it is time for killdozer.

If you can...park all your cars in that area...make them park as far away as possible. DFWM get together?

Reminds me of a lame version of that movie "Neighbors"

Craigslist ad: Dodge Caliber, runs great, everything works, first $500 takes it.

This is all I can find for Stephenville that might apply:

                            72.03* MAXIMUM PARKING TIME.

A person shall not stop, stand, or park a vehicle on any street or alley in the city for a period of time longer than 72 hours; or the time period stated on signs posted by authority of this chapter.

                            (Ord. 2012-30, passed 12-4-12)

Maybe box the car completely in, and make them come ask you to move at your earliest convenience.

Most places require you to park facing the same direction as traffic.
