Brake Fluid/eggs
nails propped under tires (shouldn't take more than twice...)
dead fish under a seat (you said it's unlocked...)
have it towed
break a window
fuck his wife
kill their dog
ask them if Chuck is home
sign them up for moving quotes

or - you can just tell them "if you don't quit parking in front of my mailbox, I will have it towed every time it's there..." - make sure you're speaking to the driver, and then kick him in the balls

It sounds like your neighbor has his unemployed friend/relative watching the house. You should get his email address, and let him know his people aren't being good neighbors, in his absence. They are probably trashing the inside, and he's probably still paying the bill.
