On these cold nights "wash" the car for them. Soak it really good with a hose. The doors will be frozen and it will give then trouble unlocking and opening the doors. I have delt with this situation before. First I talked to them and they told me to get fucked so I did the above and hit them with the hose as they walked to their car and when they started yelling I just flipped them off and asked them how they liked the fuckin.

Remove all four of them and put the caps back on. They'll think they has flats until they finally remove the valve stem caps. Then, they'll be pissed off some more.

Trying to not start a war with the hoodrat neighbors....I'm not always here to protect the house. Police came out and told me to call them back if I saw the neighbor at the house...just so happens one of them came home so I called....police showed up and had a conversation with the lady. She said the owner of the car was out of town but that she would get the car moved. I'm trying to be civil about this...Id rather not have criminal charges against myself. And this is in Red Oak.

A lot of automatic cars have a lockout button next to the shifter that allows you to take them out of park without a key/brake. Not sure on the Dodges specifically... but something like this:

put a note on the window, explaining the problem? if they dont move the car take license plates off and report it as a derelict car and that you think it may be stolen

Or just file and adverse claim on it as a derelict car, that way to can just own it and move it yourself.
