I could think of a few things to do........
Brake Fluid/eggs
nails propped under tires (shouldn't take more than twice...)
dead fish under a seat (you said it's unlocked...)
have it towed
break a window
fuck his wife
kill their dog
ask them if Chuck is home
sign them up for moving quotes
or - you can just tell them "if you don't quit parking in front of my mailbox, I will have it towed every time it's there..." - make sure you're speaking to the driver, and then kick him in the ballsComment
