I was thinking about increasing my data package when they had that deal where they double it after you increase, now I'm glad I didn't. I actually lowered it significantly, now I'm glad I did.

Why not? I gave mine up to drop my family plan by $50 and now I have 20 gigs to share. Wasn't worth it plus you get capped at 5 gigs before they slow you down.

they throttle the fuck out of me anytime I use over 5gb of data a month. I've thought about dropping it, and getting the cricket 10gb plan for 60 a month. only difference in service is they limit you to 8 mbps, but where I live with att lte highest I ever see is 12 mbps anyways.

Fuck that grandfather crap... I was for years on the unlimited data. But I soon noticed it was bottle neck in me at 5gb... after 5gb (night shifter. Pandora constantly playing. ) it was unbearable... so I said Fuck this bulls hit and went the family plan. 10gb for two lines. Wife is on WiFi 95% of the time. Win win for me.
