When we moved back to the US, a 91 Eagle Premier was the car my dad bought... Biggest piece of shit ever made is an understatement. It had a bunch of electrical problems that the mechanics couldn't figure out.4 years in, the transmission went out and was going to cost close to $3000 to replace. The car in good condition was only valued at $1500. I think he got $900 trade in because they could drive across the auction block in 1st gear.

I'm pretty sure all of those cars are off the road now, I can't say I've seen one on the road in 10 years or more.

1988 Silverado long bed. My dads boss had bought it for his son and had it's completely redone by Custom Trucks of Texas. Kid wrecked it, they had it repaired and it served as a delivery truck. It had 300K miles when the odometer broke.

Man, can you imagine getting a V8 67-68 fastback for that kind of money these days? Anything that price now would just be rust molecules holding hands.

          '86 Thunderbird 302/AOD

Put the M5300-C springs on it myself, got the wheels as a graduation present from my parents (in lieu of a lame class ring) and my dad and I did the bodywork and painted it. It was a really great first car.

1st car was a 77 trans am I bought for $200. It ran and drove just fine. All it needed was some paint and body work and a little interior work.

                  Cool.

The '77/'78 Volare/Dodge Aspen wagons were what was used as the island taxis on the Fantasy Island tv show.

94 Chevy Silverado. Extended cab, step side. Dark blue with blue interior. I fucking miss that truck, I would live to find one like it some day and restore it.

Hey, give me some credit on that! I slept in a Regency conversion van while y'all painted that.

69 Mach 1 that I still have most of. Started busing tables at Inky's Sports bar to pay for it. Man my parents were suckers for letting me buy it, I did so much dumb shit in it.
