  • Close Resort - Lake House - Cabin for my last Hoorah

    Im looking for Ideas.

My ideal bachelor party would be me and my best buds hanging out for a weekend at a lake house/cabin - resort , something to that effect. ( im over the bars, clubs , chi chi cantinas etc. ) I am looking for something at least WITHIN 1.5 hrs from Dallas - Any Ideas ?

    Thanks .

I love both those places but they are too far. I have people coming from San Antonio - Odessa and Austin so im trying to be considerate.

It's going to double your drive, but it's a hell of a nice golf resort.

Getaway to Texas Hill Country for award-winning golf, an upscale spa, and luxurious lakefront accommodations, an hour outside Austin, at Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Go out to west tx or hill country and hunt some exotics, goats, mountain lions, or illegals

Yeah, you can drive an hour and a half and still be in the metroplex.

Lake Whitney has a few cabins for rent. Much farther than that and you might as well head to Austin.
