Over $6,000 has been donated since yesterday. It's awesome to see former scouts, and scout supporters, coming through and helping these boys out. They're an active troop, so getting them back up and running means a lot.Comment

"UPDATE:* The response from the community has been overwhelming! *It even appears that someone will be donating a trailer to the troop!* With that donation, we will have all that we need to move forward with our program."
$9,135 donated in 24 hours. They went ahead and closed it down.

Glad to see the support poured in for a new trailer and gear. My son just finished his arrow of light in December and has joined Troop 1444 in Baytown. They have a small 8 foot trailer and really need a bigger one for all the kids gear and what not.Carl S.
