It was unintentional.

I'm at the point where I usually have a beer or nurse a couple fingers of scotch or bourbon when stress gets me, but rarely get drunk. I'll attribute last night to a lack of water all day.

I've had to make myself drink water these days whereas when I was drinking a lot of alcohol, I was constantly drinking water to try to feel better. I was actually more hydrated during the day when I was drinking booze, oddly enough.

Got up at 10 this morning. Sat in the living room and made phone calls until after lunch.

Starting a business is definitely a lot of work, but there are absolutely some advantages as well.

I just wrapped up three weeks of staycation time. I was also wound up by the Cowboys game but I've been sick and took some NiQuill. That damn stuff knocked me out until my son woke me up a 3:30. haha..
