Naw, he said the previous owner dropped it off, so he doesn't have a hitch. I might just chain the hell out of it to my hitch. Its pretty close by, but I have to get on some busy FM road to travel about a mile until I can repair or replace the hitch on the trailer to one that fits.

I even called West Marine and they never heard of a smaller one. I am thinking maybe its bent or something now.

I was curious so I googled pretty much the exact title of this thread. Seems like some people sell them on ebay and then there are some "vintage" ones. Nothing precise though on what to order.

Edit: Just noticed, just like Binky said.

Battery powered Sawzall, drill with appropriate size drill bit, replacement "bolt on" hitch like binky posted earlier, and go to town. The replacement bolt on hitch sells at Tractor Supply for like $15.99, probably other places as well.

Or like I said, find a buddy with a flat bed trailer or car hauler and ramps, use a come-a-long or winch to pull said boat and trailer up onto the flat bed, strap it down appropriate on the tongue of the trailer, both sides and rear of the trailer, and probably wouldn't hurt to throw a couple of long straps all the way across the top of the boat from the flat bed. I've hauled boats, jet skis, and other utility trailers using this method many times due to either flat tires, broke axle, rusted out tongue, etc...
