I recently moved. I took about 3 weeks before I started seeing mail.

Your mailman probably gets tired by the time he reaches your house & just throws the mail down a sewer.... It happened to a customer of mine, he found a bunch of his mail thrown down a sewer blocks away while walking his dog one day.
