Which has more affect on MPG, 33 inch pro comps A/Ts or a 6inch lift?
what will have more affect the tires or lift? or a better question, how much affect does each have individually?

Well if the tires are like new and depending on what rims they are, you may get what you're asking or close to it.
If the wheels I bought had the tires I needed and in great shape and all I had to do was bolt them on, I def. would've paid atleast $800-$1000.

It's wierd, seems like with wheels and tires, if you seperate (which no one wants too) you can probably make more than if together.

Also the thing with diesels, the mpg's aren't gonna very that much. I would personally buy some Nitto Terra Grappler A/T and just sell the M/T's you have on there. The pro comp's from my understanding don't last as well as cup pretty bad.
I'm still getting around 19.5 mpg's with the 295/50/20's. What all does the truck have on it, air filter, exhaust, tune etc. Also a lot of people don't change the fuel filter as often as they should, I change mine every 10k miles and also run Lucas through it.

This. On a diesel truck it's not going to make that much of a difference. It may be more hassle than it's worth. If you have to pay to take the lift kit off you are going to have to figure that in as well. If it costs you $500 to get the lift taken off how long will 2mpg take to get that money back in your pocket?

With the price of diesel now, probably not to long.

On my F250 I have a 4.5 Icon lift w/ 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers and my mpg dropped 3mpg.
You remember the stories John use to tell us about the the three chinamen playing Fantan? This guy runs up to them and says, "Hey, the world's coming to an end!" and the first one says, "Well, I best go to the mission and pray," and the second one says, "Well, hell, I'm gonna go and buy me a case of Mezcal and six whores," and the third one says "Well, I'm gonna finish the game." I shall finish the game, Doc.

I honostly would keep the lift and just get more road friendly tires. Like me and other guy said it shouldn't make that much of a dif. and if it's stock, great! I
Do you know when the last time the oil/filter, fuel filter and air filter were changed? These are probably 3 of the most important things to keep up on for a healthy 7.3l.

Thats funny cause I really like the wheels and want rid of the lift. Dude gave me a set of factory gun hole wheels with decent rubber though and one extra fresh Pro Comp tire!!

I don't know when the last time any of that was done but thats first on my to do list. Any recommendations on what oil and filters to use?

I get 15 mpg and I got 15 mpg before the lift, wheels and tires. I put the lift on at 90k and I have 183k on it now still same mileage. I drive 35 miles to work and 35 miles home highway slash traffic. Last road trip to Arkansas straight hwy at 65-70 mph I got 18 but I did not stop once from fill-up till next fill-up. This is all hand calculated I dont have the lie o meter on my truck.

I have about half of my customers tell me there 7.3's get over 20 mpg but if you ask anyone of them how many miles they go on the tank they say they never fill up, so they really dont know. It seems that stockish 7.3's get around 14-16mpg 4x4 and 17-19mpg 2wd. Now towing my camper with the lift compared to without the lift is a whole nother story, the lift and tires killed my mpg while towing the heavy camper.
