This was my cousin's son's new Hellcat. (My second cousin but that's no real relation…) He lives in Colorado, had just taken delivery and driven it for an hour.

Then, he let his friend drive it. It was the friend who put it into a tree at 50 mph.

Needless to say, my cousin's son is not doing too well. And he has yet to hear from his adjustor. I can't tell if it's a total or not. Does it appear to be 60% of $75K worth of damage - roughly $40k? Probably close.
