Same way with temp tags, a lot of people think that because you have a temp tag you can drive around with a expired inspection and I figured that's where Tali was going with that first sentence. Also not once did I say I agreed or disagreed with the stop, so don't assume either way. I actually just watched it enough to see the guy go to the ground with him. I didn't realize he tazed him also. It is a shame there is no audio to see why the stop went the direction it did. I will tell you that a lot of officers do not get the differences in those tags. What is really messed up is the state said about 5 years ago they were going to do some very strict enforcement on those things and that they would only issue a certain few types and in a certain way. Not sure what happened but I have seen those things printed and issued probably fifty ways.

That's all good and fine, but the guy pulled into the dealer where he was working when he pulled over. lol As for the whole "abused thing..."

Do we not have enough goddamn money grabbing laws on the books? What does it say when normal citizens are breaking the law every day because the law itself is so absurdly backwards that it is a pain in the ass to comply with? If someone has to chose between putting food on the table or registering their car, guess which one they're going to pick? A lot of these type of videos are similar. A cop stopping someone for something exceedingly minor, that happens all the time, then the situation escalates out of control(due to the COP, who is supposed to DEescalate situations.)? A big problem with this country is not people breaking the law, it's selective enforcement of bad laws that shouldn't even be on the books to begin with. It is going to come to a head at some point, and it is going to be the police verses the citizens that are sick and tired of this dumb shit. You think everything that is going on around the country right now about Ferguson is just about some dumbass getting popped by a cop? People have had it and the pressure is starting to build. It's shithead cops like this that are going to end up getting lynched one day when they pick the wrong guy to poke with a stick at the wrong place and wrong time. The writing is all over the walls, the baseboards, and the fucking ceilings, yet these stories keep on popping up, just adding more spark to the fuse.

You can't have it both ways, dude. It was either a good stop, and reasonable to pull him over, or it wasn't. FYI, the Victoria PD is a bunch of dog dicks. To be fair though, that whole town is a shithole. I'm not surprised that they have 23yo wigger thuglets on the force. They don't have much of a pool to draw from.

They sped out of the parking lot before I could catch up to them.
You can go get a temporary paper tag from the tax office so long as you have insurance. I worked with a guy that had a new one every month or two, told me that he didnt have a title (seller had signed it wrong or some horse shit) and he couldnt get it registered, so he gets a temp tag. Said it was the hood way.

I've known a guy who had the temp tag to avoid tolls too. A new temp tag every month worked out cheaper than paying tolls since he lived in the middle of Plano. This was when temp tags where just a date on paper, they may have changed since.

Abused means that dealers throw these on cars like they are fucking temp tags and they are not. Also when they are just rolling around on weekends not actually conducting business in the car that they are supposed to. Yes it is all about the money and feeding their kids when everyone in the car has an IPhone 6 and it is a 2012 Camry. If you don't agree with the laws and the system, vote and change it. My stance on most issues is very clear and fair to everyone but don't start whining because people want to game the system and get caught. Not saying this stop is the case. I am just saying it happens a hell of a lot. Hell tote the note places use temp tags as long as the people are making payments. They never actually put the car in anyone's name until it is paid off, so they roll around on temps for years.

Just how many different ways does this country suck money out of its populace? You talk about gaming the system as if we aren't being gamed by the system itself daily. It's horseshit to have to pay taxes on a car that has already had the taxes paid on it multiple times over. If a few people abuse it on the weekend I'm not going to lose sleep over it, go find an actual crime to investigate.

You're just stressed. You realize the free reign you guys think you have is coming to an end. The waterfall of bullshit police cascade down on citizens is reaching a point of critical mass. People are fed up and will retaliate. And at this point, I'm not so sure it'll be unjustified.

And everything you stated should be handled in a court, not with the new police-roadside-justice. Give the ticket, then get the fuck back on the road. It isn't your place to destroy the elderly, impoverished, minorities, or any other group that the police feel they can willfully bully.

Both. I have seen many a guy, in a buddies car, that owns a dealership, or works at a dealership, rolling around in one of the cars off the lot with a agent tag. Stop them for whatever, ask them if they work at a dealership, or are a dealer. Nope just a loaner or a friends car. The temp tag thing and toe the note lots it very rampant also.

As for this little nugget, I vote in every election. You know what it accomplishes? Jack fucking shit. I don't even know why I bother, but I'm not going to stop.

                              LOL

I was just checking. My buddy that I share a shop with has a dealers licence, and I frequently take one of the cars on the lot on a parts/food run when Im up there on the weekends. Keeps the fluids moving and the battery charged. Im trying to figure out how IM abusing the system.

I am not actually. I go to work every day and have a good time, not abusing anyone. I am a property crime and crimes against persons type of guy and I am very good at that. I don't hook people up for bullshit and I am very courteous to people. 90 percent of my stops end in a, get that fixed, or slow down, and have a nice day. Honesty goes a very long way with me and I damn sure don't break it off in people just because I can. I completely get that writing a single mother of two, four citations, could send her down a path she may never recover from. I train a lot of guys and my philosophy is just because you can doesn't mean you should.
