People would need to start accepting an "always online" needed state for that to happen, like Diablo 3, or how Sim City 4 started.

I do my fair share of pirating, but I buy plenty of games too. Especially if it has the Bioware name on it. I buy the hell out of those games.

Given, i may use some proxy in Mexico to buy it at $45 for collectors edition instead of $75, but I still bought it!

The only reason that I own a console newer than a dreamcast is for console specific games. Mario, Donkey Kong, Zelda, Halo, Uncharted, Gears of War, etc.
