Here's a pretty decent dip I picked in my Army days
1lb ground sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 block velveta cheese
Just cook the sausage, melt the cheese and stir in the soup and you're good to go. I like to add a can of rotel tomatoes as well.
