Another one here, I have never shopped at that place and probably never will.

Yeah I requested a return and they want an $82.50 restocking fee. I have to call tomorrow.
Great thing was they sent it through UPS this time even though I said can only do FedEx or USPS because my shop closes at 5:30 and UPS does not know how to deliver before then. I had to wait until 8:30 for UPS to deliver it to my shop. Didn't want to chance the idiot just leaving it there and also I figured it would be broken. Glad it was opened before it was signed for.
Only get to do the black Friday sales once a year. So now the same TV will be $200+ more money. Bastards.

Lol. $82 to restock what? Two useless TVs? I would imagine shipping a TV is a bad idea. Are they crating them?

No, and they get abused like everything else that UPS/FEDEX handles.

I used to use TVs as dunnage at my old job.

No fucking way I am ever using this company again. Been on hold on the phone for just over 2 hours now. I started the chat an hour ago and it said it would be an hour but still says it will be an hour.
I used PayPal so I am just going to dispute it with them. At least they don't make me waste my entire fucking day.

There are some things you have to buy in person and big LED, Plasma TVs are one of those items. I don't give a fuck how good the deal is. I buy it, I pick it up in person and take it home. I have had zero problems this way.

As have I in the past. First time I ever ordered a TV online. Will be my last.

I ordered mine online, picked it up at bestbuy. I bought a Samsung 60" for $699.

Yup, doing the same. Just going with the Sharp 50" though. Can pick it up less than 3 miles away. Only $5 more.

Just got off the phone with Newegg at long last. They are waiving the restocking fee but wont refund until they get the TV back, the TV I refused delivery for. Said it will take a week or two. Fuck them.

I asked him why there would be a restocking fee. Just how many TVs with shattered screens do they keep in stock?

Damn, never had that kind of luck with tv's online.
Ordered anywhere from 32 to 60 inches before. I guess I'm just lucky.

Ordered a 60" and a 50" before from dell but they only use a specialized carrier to deliver it. Any box wider than 5 feet or so ups will destroy.
