We bowl in seven points, way better than terrell and its just a tad farther. Im a 180 bowler after I'm warmed up. i use a brunswick slingshot, it breaks hard and late for me.
Last time I bowled in Seven Points, I felt like I stepped back to the 70's. You had to keep your own score and the lanes were very dated. Is it still like that? Also, how much does it cost to bowl there? Terrell is fucking expensive IMO.
Yep. Terrell is non smoking now, so it's massively improved. My only other issue with them is that they are fucking expensive on the weekends. $4.75 per person, per game on Saturday. Thursday is cheap though, $2 everything.
I've never been to a bowling alley where I felt I was around higher society
Well, it's not exactly high society, but it's not that bad either. Most of the people in a bowling alley would fit in well at the races or a rodeo. I grew up around those kinds of people.
I like bowling. I got a 13lb combo package from the wife... I like having some consistency with the ball and shoes.... now if I can only get consistent lanes. For the most part I've gone to Forum Bowl in Grand Perry. The lanes vary from no oil to completely oiled
