So if I like the service writer I go to, I should take the survey they're always trying to get me to take? I could be fucking them over, if not?

This company is one of the big ones that eats little ones, by the sounds of it.
Today, with the majority of dealerships being owned by a large group, there is less competition, and more drive for lower costs in order to make higher profit margins. That guy that does his job extremely well isnt going to be able to shop himself around and get more money (well, much more) since the same ownership group owns 17 other stores in town. He may not be able to get a raise at all without leaving the place he's been for years.
